I have received this item from Andre Borri, a fromer member of the Belgian navy, who had sent the information of the transfer of "Wallaceburg" to the Belgian Navy as "Georges Lecointe" which may be viewed on my "Wallaceburg" page. With the exception of his e-mail and one other document, it is in French and I have not had it translated to English. I will add the English versions as they become available.
